In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. You may also call 330-688-2080 to give your card number. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal money order, bank draft, Western Union money order or a personal check.
Commercial customers placing orders at molecularvisions.com may also chose to be invoiced. We do accept purchase orders.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately by e-mail or letter. We will replace any defective or missing parts. Opened kits may not be returned for a refund. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are included with each item at the DARLING MODELSTM site for shipping in the USA and CANADA. We usually ship within a day after receiving the order. Orders are shipped by first class mail, priority mail, or UPS. Most orders in the USA and CANADA should be received within 7-10 working days. If you have not received your order by then please contact us by e-mail.
